Sitting water, roaches and God awful beds

When we arrived with our son's we were happy with the location and overall pathetic. It was a bit more dated than the pictures let on though. Baseboards and several of the rooms were also swollen and cracked with water damage. Before we even got through our first day, we opened up the dishwasher and found several inches of sitting water that started to pour onto the kitchen floor. We contacted the company and were told that a maintenance person would come out the following morning. We set alarms and got up early despite being tired to meet the maintenance man just to be met with messages that morning stating that he was running late. We again changed our plans and waited for him. The bed in the master bedroom is absolutely awful. This is quite literally the worst sleep I've had on a trip in probably the last decade. The mattress was incredibly cheap and painful. The worst part about this property and its management that has me writing this review is that despite the sitting water and us being flexible with that, and the other handful of inconveniences and discomforts, it was still pretty reasonable and we were relatively pleased. UNTILI was in the spare bathroom and a roach went running across the floor. I again texted the company with a picture and was told that they don't tend to things like that and to contact a different company. We had already lost so much time. We did not contact anyone and no effort was made to move us or apologize for the roaches. Stay away.
