This is my 2nd visit here in 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier. Clean room, Nice beach area, indoor and outdoor pools were great with the up and down weather we had! restaurants on site. Everything you need. Every staff member we encountered were super friendly and helpful! 5 stars will definitely visit again. Thank you

Nothing was really terrible, until we ran out of toilet paper (half a roll was supplied for a weekend stay for 2 people) and we were told that we would have to go purchase our own if we wanted more. I have never stayed at a hotel/condo where i had to supply my own toilet paper. There were also no kleenex. Just a curious thing to cheap out on.

Great location, resort clean, not too busy. Pool heated. Rooms are a little outdated, but beautiful balcony and good customer service by staff.

A lot of amenities and clean room but can’t speak well of the visit. They where resurfacing the pools in our tower and from 9:am till 5:pm the grinder was almost nonstop and literally shook the building from the vibrating sound and ruined the stay for my invalid wife who likes to stay mostly in the room and watch the ocean. It also didn’t help that they were renovating the unit next to ours and they were not quiet about it. I talked to the front desk twice but there was no refund since we booked through Expedia and they never offered to move us to a different tower. I understand the need to renovate but they should not have booked into this tower until they had finished. We’re in our late seventies and these beach trips mean a lot and the beach prices(almost $200. a day) strains our fixed budget. To be fair, if not for the renovation that also had 5 of the pools closed in addition to the noise, this place is a solid 4 star. I guess next year I might try again and call about any renovations and book through the resort instead of Expedia.

well, first of all the pool was closed, and there was no notification of that before the room was booked second of all there was constructiong going on in the room either next to our room in Tower one started at eight and was going on until around 4 o’clock, I didn’t book the room to listen to someone do demolition. I booked a room for rest and relaxation. I think in the future when you’re gonna have someone doing construction, you should at least let the guest know before they book the room. no response from management.

The staff did their job, they weren’t the friendliest in the world but I can look past that, jobs can get tiring. The building itself looked like an older hotel, it had seen better days but that’s any establishment that’s been going for a while. The room was an issue, some things were already damaged when we got there and there were a lot of light switches that I wasn’t entirely sure for what purpose they served. The parking garage was the biggest issue though, it’s very small for the large quantity of the public it has to accommodate, it’s a hassle getting in and out and upon leaving a separate guest there agreed on that synopsis. It’s an affordable place to stay but make sure you have plenty of patience to exercise before booking.

line was long at check-in, and then my room wasn't ready. I had to move my car 3 times from lot to garage to lot to unload then back to garage. was offered that I could sit by the pool until the room was ready but was not offered anywhere to change. the dishwasher in my unit didn't work. a woman I was traveling with had her wallet stolen at the pool by other guests.

The room was subpar, paint peeling off the walls, the beds slept horrible, you literally feel the springs in the mattress. I was awaken at 8am on a Saturday morning to banging, sounds like hammering… I went to the front desk at 1:30 when it hadnt stopped and was told there is nothing they can do about the noise because owners arw allowed to work and do what they want in the units anytime 7am-10pm. He had to leave for the rest of the day due to the noise. The front desk staff was very dismissive- she said “theres nothing we can do!” I said so we have a room we cant even rest- sleep. She said yeah we cant do anything about it! Horrible experience- we go to Myrtle 3 times a year and this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE ever!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PROPERTY

Overall this was a decent place to stay. We were only in town for two nights. The room we had had a few issues link the sink drain in bathroom was broken so water would drain slowly the stopper had to be lifted manually to let water drain out. Some towels had black marks on them. The bed frame in bedroom was sticking out almost like frame was bigger than mattress and box spring scratch leg on it a few times could be a tripping hazard if people aren’t careful. Other than these few issues we had a great time.
