Worst Experience of Our Lives

Old property converted to hotel-like property. Appliances didn’t work right; toilet was broken and never fixed until shortly before our departure. Maintenance onsite will not fix anything in units and VACA/VRBO was completely unresponsive despite frequent communication and repeated promises. Never ever book here( it was a disaster and vrbo will not even consider a Partial refund.

Horrible Experience

To start check in was a mess. Never rcd any check in info. Finally was able to reach someone and given a code that didn't work. Overall we were at the building trying to get in our room for around 2 hours. We realized after we went to the grocery store the stove/oven didn't work. It took 2 days for someone to come out to look at it. When the man was there working on it he called property manager and told him what was needed to fix it. Property manager said "he didn't give fxxk he wasn't fixing it" I have never experienced such a terrible rental my life. Run don't wake away from booking this place. Overall we had at least 10 phone calls with this place.
