The room online was not the room I was given.
The online picture was fabulous however when I checked in I was given a very different condo. Take a look at the pictures of the listing and notice the ocean view, you can see that you are looking out of at least the 7th or 8 floor level, when you compare it to the Dunes complex next door. We aere given a room on the 3rd floor, 317 to be precise, and we looked out to the parking lot of the Dunes resort. The room was disgustingly dirty, I took at least 15 to 18 pictures of the lack of cleanliness of the room. The manager got bck to me every time I emailed them prior to my stay, however when I wanted to be moved to the room I was expecting, he didn't communicate with me any further. I do know he received my email because there were issues with bugs in the room and Surprise, a man, exterminator, came and asked if I wanted my kitchen and bathroom sprayed. I'm not positive if all of the rooms were like this one but please be aware to check for dirty dishes, counters and mold. I have diabetes and since we have all been told things are being cleaned more so that this doesn't spread, I learned not all hotels, motels condo's etc., are following through. Please take your own sanitary wipes with you and prior to eating or drinking off of the dishes in your room, wash them thoroughly. There is a lot more I could say but I think you will get the gist of my disappointment. Have a blessed day.
