Brief Momcation

I booked this unit last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The view is awesome and the unit is perfect for one person or a couple looking to get away. During my stay, the floor was quiet and the corner unit view was perfect.

This studio has great views. The communication was great and arrival was easy with parking and finding the unit. When I arrived the unit was clean and had all that I needed. As you can see in the pictures, this unit is dated and definitely in need of some renovation and updated fixtures. That is reflected in the price and was expected. My only issue was the loud noise that the air unit makes when turning on/off. It woke me up the first couple of nights but I must have gotten use to it. 3 stars reflect the dated property but great views and easy access to beach, parking and shopping.

Desperately needing updating and TLC.

This property looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1980’s Nights stands were mismatched. Table lamps were a mess. Walls needing painting. Bathroom in need of a new sink, and vanity. Plug for bathroom sink missing. Toilet too small for adult sized people Everything seemed worn out and in need of replacement with exception of the rug. Kitchen Formica stained.
