Cute little town home

We had zero issues and really enjoyed staying. Is a great location we walk pretty much everywhere. Host was super easy to communicate with gave great very detailed instructions on the door code and how to set it. Also super easy check out duties

The property has obvious wear and tear. This concerned me because I did not want to be blamed or pay for it. They including in part: damaged wood flooring from a past water leak, toilet roll holder partially broken from wall, frayed carpet corner, and marks on walls.The property owner must know the aging of their unit. I did not contact the property manager because the issues did not effect our stay and were too numerous.
