Cool lil spot

Nice spot! Short walk to the beach...pleanty of appliances and everything is within a short distance ...id definitely stay again! Tried to get in touch with someone the day i left and couldnt reach anyone..other than that it was a successful stay!

Nice room

The unit we stayed in was very nice & clean & was decorated cute! Plenty of towels & linens & kitchen was well stocked! Beautiful ocean view from our balcony! The premises on the other hand could have been cleaner & the outdoor pool was horrible.. we were disappointed on the cleanliness of pool!

Going to beach early morning was difficult because pool area was closed until 9am. Laundry area not a good setup.

Attention needed…

We arrived late on Friday night for the weekend. The moment we stepped inside, we were surprised at how musty the room smelled. We found the beds were comfortable, but the noise from the parking garage right outside the door required us to use white noise to drown out the motorcycles and horns. The tile floors felt damp and when a towel was used to wipe them, we were shocked to see how dirty the floor was. We wore socks or shoes the rest of our stay. We were out for most of one day at an event and thought we forgot the code to enter the parking deck. We called the toll free number for Elliot Rentals, hoping they could help, we spoke to someone who was completely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling or able to help. Decent location, but I’m not sure we would go back.

Great if you don't drive in/out a lot

The property itself was just fine. If we did not have to drive in and out of the building to go to scheduled events (baseball tournament) then it would have been great. But we had families staying south of us and had to leave for games and parking of a large SUV is not easy here. High traffic area and not well lit when walking in evening.

Great location

Great location to shopping, restaurants, and ocean. Wonderful ocean view. Condo was nicely decorated with beach decor. Comfortable beds. Resort pools were clean. Only negative was that the kitchen was missing pot holders and kitchen towels, wash cloths. Overall, it was a perfect vacation.
