Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. It is absolutely nasty and filthy. There was mold on the ceiling, dead cockroaches in the cabinets, cockroach droppings, a wad of hair in the kitchen closet, dirt and sand in the sofa bed and the murphy bed was broke and literally laid on the floor. There was dirt, grime and yellow sticky film all over everything. We left and stayed in another resort. To beat it all we didn't get a full refund and they charged us a cleaning fee. We stayed a total of 2 hours as we were trying to contact the host, vrbo and find a cleaner place.

Place was not clean it could definitely use some updates. Beds are twins sides NOT full/queen. Keep in mind you’re making a reservation with a personal owner not the hotel! Therefore is impossible to get stuff that you need. There was 4 towels only and it was 5 of us. Overall it was okay.
