Overall the room was great, floors were dirty but you wouldn’t know unless walking barefoot.Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels in room.Location was superb!!!!

Weekend Stay

We will definitely come here for future vacations. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower. Everything was clean. There are multiple indoor/ outdoor pools & Jacuzzis to choose from. Great location. Our room furniture, counters & cabinets were a little out dated but very clean & well kept. Definitely recommended

Bay Watch Resort Itself

Bay Watch Resort was a lovely, very clean resort with an exceptional staff who were friendly and very helpful when needed. The food in the restaurants was very good and reasonably priced. The Condo itself Unit #0513 was old, run down with uncomfortable furniture and beds. But the worst thing was, it was very dirty. We met other owners during our stay and will give their unit a try next visit as we really liked Bay Watch Resort and come to Myrtle Beach often.

Would stay again but…

We came down with a large group of family ( 5 rooms in total) and our room was in the middle of the “nice” scale, with one room in our group being absolutely terrible and not what was pictured at all while 2 of the 5 were very nice. We were all in the 2nd and 3rd towers so idk about tower 1 but for the most part we were happy with our stay. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price I paid but our room was very dated and the property’s overall size meant everywhere was super crowded all the time. The pools were also very chlorinated, which I kinda get bc of the number of people but it definitely seemed stronger than normal? Idk, I know I sound like I’m nitpicking but just want to be as honest as possible about the things I wish I would have known prior to our stay.

Nice place...but needs some lovin'

The condo/room we stayed in was nice but seems dated & needs to have some neglected minor repairs fixed. The room was clean and very comfortable. There were some missing tile in the bathroom, a patchwork done on bathroom door was attempted, but not completed. The tub REALLY needs to be ADA compliant, as there are no hand rails. The new keypad door system needs some fine tuning.

Our Room

Pros - the resort’s pools and eating establishments were nice; our room had a washer and dryer which is a major plus; our view was beautiful; we had access to renting chairs and an umbrella for our stay, Cons - Our room was very very outdated. The kitchen cabinets were peeling; there was missing/broken molding and trim in kitchen and bathroom; the kitchen table looked dirty because it was so used.
