Wonderful

We’ve been coming to Garden City for decades. Our four sons are grown now, and it was wonderful that the six of us could be together in this special home. Like it was made for us. Dunes Realty is always welcoming and kind! We are rejuvenated and missing our favorite place already. Thank You again Dunes!

Wonderful Family Reunion House!!

We had three families all together in this house. It was very clean and perfect for our family vacation! You can’t beat sitting out on the deck in the morning drinking your coffee, listening to the waves and talking to your family! It was amazing!!

Dr Sea Spring Break Trip 2022

We absolutely loved the house! It was very spacious and just beautiful. The check in process is very convenient and easy. Any issues that we had, which were minor, were handled very quickly. The trash pick up schedule, or lack of, was my only complaint. Two trash cans were already full with the previous tenants trash when we checked in. The posted trash pick up times were inaccurate so our trash was never picked up.

Perfect spot for large family gathering

Great layout to accomodate our group of 16. the double balconies in front and back became the quiet spaces. Boardwalk to beach is across the street. Good value for the area. 2 hour response from managment team when elevator stopped running.

Fantastic

This property is fantastic for a large family. Two washers and dryer’s, mounted hair dryers, nice pool. Great view from the top balcony and the elevator is a game changer if you have any older people. It was extremely clean. I never stayed in a cleaner rental. The beds were noisy but slept well on them.

Love this house!

This house is so spacious and each bedroom has its own full bath. It accommodated our group perfectly. Having the private pool was a plus. Dunes Realty was responsive to us and came out right away to address a couple of things. We did end up having to wait to get the keys on check in day bc we got there early. The floors could have been cleaned better (the bottoms of our feet got very dirty from walking barefoot on the floors) so we just wore shoes. The tan couch had a smell to it, but I sprayed it down with lysol and it was better. The housekeeping department was so friendly. They delivered freshly laundered bed linens and towels. Having the two big tables in the dining area was perfect. We ate all our meals there and celebrated a birthday too. The beach access is super convenient. Would totally stay here again.

Great Beach House

The renting process was very easy, although when I rented through VRBO a few years ago I didn't go through a rental company. I thought I would be going through the owner.
