Labor Day Vacation

I loved everything about this room. The decor was nice, the beds were clean & comfortable, & everything that I needed was right in the room. I loved that I didn’t have to ask the hotel staff for anything. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for the most part & everyone was friendly. I would definitely be staying here again.

Cute and Cozy

This condo was so cute. We felt comfortable here and the view was perfect. We were able to see the beach and pools. The pullout couch and bed were comfortable as well. I will say, make sure Vacasa provided wrist bands for the amenities. We did not find any in our room and the hotel staff/ Security were very rude. Even after providing proof of reservation the staff at The Palace Resort wouldnt let us use the amenities or provide us wristbands. Vacasa fixed this issue promptly and sent someone to deliver the wrist bands. Overall I think this is a great unit if you can get over the rude staff at the Palace Resort.
