We enjoyed this condo and the hotel amenities. Warm lazy river and indoor pool were very nice for winter time. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. We had six guest

Great place!

Pics were accurate, great location lots of amenities didn't have to leave resort if you didn't want to. Starbucks, Due South restaurant outstanding have the shrimp and grits and beignets, wont be disappointed Wonderful to have washer/dryer, lunch at turtcafe also delicious. Not a terrific check-in process because you had to go to an office to get a code which they could have texted you but I will say it was nice to get the shopping bag and the extra toilet paper and trash bags, would stay again

Myrtle beach stay

The hotel was room was nice but the room was not clean and I have many pictures of it. The front desk person clearly was not knowledgeable to the 3rd party booking and told me I did not have a reservation, she was very rude and disrespectful as well as not willing to help she threw her hand up in our case and one of the management heard her and jumped right in to assist and then to get to our room and it’s already full of sand and the tub was dirty ect. The sheets on the let out was disgusting but once I cleaned it up real good we were good to go

Beautiful View!

We had a great week in Myrtle Beach. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out at night and plenty of room to all be together if we wanted to for meals. The view from the master bedroom each morning was phenomenal. We had everything there we needed to cook with, even had sand toys/ beach chairs available. The only thing we didn't know until our last day was we were supposed to get a welcome packet. When we got our parking pass upon arrival they never mentioned it. We had no problem figuring out where everything was located though. They have mini golf on site and ten different pools. The heated pool and hot tubs were our favorite. We were also steps away from the beach which we utilized several of the days and hit the pools at night since they are open until 11pm. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. It's Close to many restaurants and attractions. Another plus was the washer/ dryer....coming home with everything already clean was wonderful!

Run, Do Not Walk Away From This Listing

This unit was filthy dirty! No air conditioning for 3 days. They had to replace both the entire inside and outside systems. Technician told us the unit looks like it was not serviced in awhile and the filter was disgusting. Bathroom shower knobs were almost inoperable. Refrigerator froze our food. Cable TV problems. Horrible unit. Ruined our annual vacation. Demanding a refund!!
