So there was a few stains on the bedding looked like old makeup I went down to ask for room service the next day and clean towels & rags only to find out they don’t clean the rooms but every 3 days. He did send someone up to change our beds and give us clean towels and wash cloths. The pool bar was closed the first day we arrived and it is far from the boardwalk. It is remodeled nicely and had a great view. It was an ok stay.

The air conditioner was extremely loud, made it difficult to sleep at night. The furniture in the living room (sofa and chairs) were stained and dirty. The property on the 4th floor and up needs a lot more upgrades on the appearance.

We were there for four days. They never change our sheets, clean our room. We even had to go downstairs to ask for toilet papers because they never deliver any on the room . Our flight was at 8 PM. We asked if we could keep the room till 6pm They wanted to charge us in full even if they only had two guests in the whole hotel.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is awful! Very dirty, the south is definitely a bad area to stay at in Myrtle Beach. Everyone was smoking on the balconies and it was coming on our room. The management was awful and did not help us so we left and had to find another hotel to stay at.

Check-in was quick and smooth even though I arrived late, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had an ocean-view room on the 8th floor, which was great. However, cleanliness was an issue. The room and bed were not very clean, and the bathroom had a strong odor, poor ventilation, and a clogged sink (which was later fixed but still smelled). There was also a strong smoke smell throughout the property, even though it’s supposed to be non-smoking. Overall, great staff and nice view, but cleanliness and smoke issues need improvement.

There was 1 remote to share for both tvs, the furniture in the room wasn’t that clean. We had a king bed on a Full size foundation. We had to wait (3) hours for wash clothes and towels, because we were told that housekeepers were not on the same amount of time that we were on..I believe this was our first and absolutely last time at this property and will not refer it to another family.

The view was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. We booked a room with a stop top? It could not plug in under the cabinets because the outlet was broken. I also assumed there would be cooking pans since it had a stove but it did not have them we had to purchase them. The beds didn’t have blankets, only had sheets and a top sheet to cover up with. Overall it was a good stay & the price wasn’t bad. We would stay again.

Take this review as the most honest review ever and if you want to have a nice vacation DONT COME HERE. This hotel was honestly horrible, the staff and their costumer service sucked. Loud music at 2 am and we could not sleep as well as a strong smell of marijuana, at 3 am we had to switch rooms because someone opened our door wanting to break into our room. The restaurant and bar were closed every day. WiFi was not working and did not connect to our devices, tv channels sucked, pool was freezing, our room floors were so dirty we had someone come in to clean and restock and they literally just gave us more towels and sweep the floors even when we specifically asked for they to mop because it was so sticky. The gym was so bad it smelled horrible and machines did not work. Our toilet seat was broken. This place is a 1 star don’t waste your time and money.

Our first room was dirty and smelled like smoke. I asked for another room and the staff was more than accommodating with the switch. Got into our room it was advertised as a two bedroom suite but the rooms had no doors which was not ideal for me my daughter and wife. The new room still wasn’t the cleanest but it did for the night. Wasn’t many people there so that was a plus but I probably would not bring my family back there it would be better suited for a guys night out but not a family vibe

No closet for clothes, sheets wouldn’t fit the bed and there’s a $250 holes for accidentals that’s refunded or can pay them $40 non refundable on a card that gives them access to your bank account if there is accidentally anything wrong they’ll just pull it anyways.😒
