Amazing stay!!!

This was a family trip and we had so much space. The on-site pool area was super clean. The location is a short walk to the beach. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Close to beach

Nice, clean place, close walk to the beach, everything we needed to feel like "home" while we were there. Only issues we had was the hot water went out after the 1st day and I couldnt find a vacuum for cleaning up before we left.

Family beach time

I met my grandkids in Myrtle Beach and I chose not to stay at there hotel but meet up every day. It was a wonderful experience. Enjoying my family. My brother and I booked Greystone 204. It served the purpose a clean place to sleep , shower and get ready for the next event. The decor should really be updated but I enjoyed.

No pool access for 3 days

I was reimbursed $45 for not having access to the pool area for three days! We were only there 5 days, but had no key to access the pool. $45 was poor compensation, as I had 3 of my grandchildren with me.

Just needs to be a little updated

The place was nice and i would rent from them again it just needs a little updating around the place. Whoever they have coming to clean you may want to check behind them because they missed a couple things. Other than that thanks for renting to me and my family for my son 16th Birthday

Myrtle Beach

Property was what we needed for our families sleeping arrangements. It served our purpose. We communicated with Elliot Rentals on several issues to be addressed and they were going to fix them after we left as it didnt really effect our stay. The condo is older with a small kitchen and 2 bedrooms. It is on the 2nd floor which we didnt realize so be prepared to carry everything up stairs. The second bedroom is also up another flight of stairs. Overall it was fine and suited our needs but have stayed in nicer accommodations. If you have kids and just need a place to crash this will be a place for you. ssmallerssssllittleolderolderlkitche

Nice but some concerns

The property was a nice property, nice distance to the beach. It was dated but that didn’t really bother us. Mostly it was very clean and comfortable. Our biggest complaint is the condition of the carpet. It was very dirty and was wrinkling up which is a very serious tripping hazard. There were some minor issues in the master bathroom in the shower. The knob to the shower plunger is missing so it was very difficult to grab to turn on the shower. There is also some holes in the shower due to a rail being previously broken. The air return filters had not been changed and there was dust all around the vent. Not good for allergies or asthma sufferers. We would stay here again if these issues were resolved.

Great location, but a neglected property.

We (family of 4) stayed for a week in June. The online description was accurate the rental company easy to detail with. First the good - The location and as amazing. A 3 minute walk to the public beach and just two blocks from the main roads. Lots of activities are accessible from this centrally-located property. The condo had ample room and was not busy or noisy. Kitchen stocked with necessary appliances and utensils. The private pool was a nice extra. The bad - this property has been neglected for some time. The water heater had failed before our arrival because of corrosion. We went 3 days with ice cold showers. This could have been prevented with occasional inspections. The condo was not dirty but it also hadn’t been really cleaned for a long time - dirt in the corners and under beds, smudges on walls, etc. The carpet was heavily stained, and a good steam cleaning is needed. Overall - this rental is in a great location, has lots of space, and is better than a hotel, but its not a great value especially given the state of the condo.
