"The room was clean for the most part. Could have used a bit more touches. It was a comfortable room. Great view. Love the chairs and umbrellas they have for their guests. Like the security feature on the elevator. Overall a great stay. The outdoor bar should stay open later in the summer. 8 is a little too early"

"Everything was clean and beautiful! Very accommodating to our pup even who received a goody bag upon arrival. We even added a day and extended our stay we enjoyed it so much. Definitely recommend!"
Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark

"Didn’t know until we arrived that they charge an additional 15$ a day to park. The guards that walk around, completely ignored an argument between 3 different parents and a fight that happened in the indoor kids area. The water park is not Ada at all. My son who has some disabilities I won’t mention, was not able to do some things that we thought he would be able to. Also when the slides closed, my son started stimming, and one of the guards yelled at my son not knowing what was going on, which caused some issues. The place is nice, and a lot of fun, but we won’t be coming back due to the issues we had. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. Would have stayed more if we enjoyed ourselves more but ended up staying at another resort for the following 4 days after checkout."

"our room was extremely clean and clean really good. the staff throughout was very helpful and friendly, the elevators were a bit hard to get. the parking was great and the nightly entertainment was really cool the karaoke"
