Deans Villa

The primary bedroom is excellent. The bedroom with twin beds is sub-par. The toilet, the sink, and the beds are very low -- making this a room more appropriate for a young child than an adult. The furniture in the living space is adequate, but tired; and the kitchen utensils for cooking and prep need to be supplemented. (I hope the owner will do this). The location is good, and the pool is excellent. Our family would not have rented Deans Villa for next year, but we are fortunate to have booked Starfish for 2025.

There were no instructions on how to use the TV. There was a remote for cable TV but we could never get the cable TV to work. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This is a very old/dated unit. The entire villa needs an update. The location is excellent but the owners need to make major improvements.

We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard (grounds) and the pool is very nice. The mattresses in the downstairs twin bedroom are subpar. They are like a cot mattress and not comfortable. Many of the pots/pans/baking sheets in the kitchen needed to be washed before using. They were not clean.

Ac in great condition. Garage and home very clean. Remind housekeepers to sweep and clean the porches as well Owner/neighbors in villas always a little unfriendly. Pots and pans need to be completely replaced!!! ASAP Icemaker does not work. Produces 6 cubes per day Get maintenance to the garbage disposal as it has glass and shells in it. I cleaned it out the best I could Garage shower is a plus, but the water is not hooked up?

Deans Villa

While we always enjoy our stay as Debordieu, this rental definitely needs to updating. The following areas need prompt attention: 1) Living Room Furniture- current furniture is stained and dirty. 2) Carpet- the carpet is need of replacement 3) Electrical Issue: electrical outlet in garage is out of the wall; not mounted- 4) Lamps either burned out bulbs or outlets not working 5) Toaster Oven- only one side of toaster works 6) Screen on Sliding Door- please replace- hole in screen which allows for mosquitoes to enter condo 7) Double Bed Bedroom Bathroom- toilet constantly runs if you don't “wiggle” the handle

Wonderful week

Thank you for sharing your beach villa! We were comfortable and enjoyed your books. We came at the last minute and the process and help from the office staff was excellent.

Clean but Unattractive

The property was very dated. It could use updating and new carpets. For the price we paid, I was very disappointed. When I am on vacation and I really want new or updated and lovely surroundings. Found it difficult to enjoy relaxing here.

Deans villa

The villa is in a great location but needs some serious updating. Furniture in den was covered in cheap slip covers and did not feel clean. In one of the bedrooms downstairs only 1/2 of an outlet worked. At night we only had light from the bathroom and the closet. When we arrived the first step to upstairs was completely broken and after calling on both Saturday and Sunday and hearing nothing,we finally had someone come in on Monday. The fridge went out while we were there but they replaced that as promptly as they could.
