You need a lot more amenities to the kitchen. Dish towels, cleaning spray, vacuum, beach towels, which we left three,at least one more roll of toilet paper and paper towels. If you were staying there longer than four or five days, you would have to buy your own items. We had a problem with a draining issue, which caused the toilet to overflow everything! But the management company was right on top of it. parking is an issue, especially if you have a large vehicle. The parking spots next to your unit should not be a free for all. There was a car that sat next to our unit the entire time we couldn’t even park out there, and if we tried in another spot, we were told to move. Beautiful home, but I don’t think I would recommend.
