Landmark condo

We had some issues with the cleanliness of the room and email was sent to property manager. One response was given from property manager then they asked for pictures of the issues. Picture was sent and then I heard nothing further. There was also a piece of missing flooring under the carpet that I feel like was a fall risk. Also no information was sent on how to sign in to property wifi.

Our Stay

I love coming to Myrtle Beach, but this property wasn’t what I expected. As soon as you get off elevator floors are nasty. Took 15-20 mins to get on elevator, and it was only one working. Entered the room the bathroom toilet ran all day all night, it was nasty had to clean it. the closet floors the carpet isn’t clean, and it’s tore. Beds were very small., Air conditioner wasn’t getting cool.
