Long weekend stay

Our family had a great stay in MB for a long weekend. Some of the furniture has been updated and the 2nd BR has 2 bunkbed sets only. Kitchen is well stocked but Keurig didn't work and dishwasher has some age. Communication is prompt.

Beautiful View

We stayed at this location for 8 days and the view was beautiful. The only downfall was the resort this is located on is under construction, which we didn’t know about until 3 weeks before our stay. Which means they were working pretty early the whole time. Again, the property manager informed us prior. Other than some of the pools being closed (which was a bummer), no gym access due to construction, and the limited elevator access, again due to construction, it was great. When they are done this resort is going to be beautiful. Definitely worth it.

Perfect Location

We had such a beautiful location! You’re close to everything you could possibly need. The view was stunning… We are such ocean people, and being able to walk out on the patio and see it everyday was great! Would love to come back again!

The apartment was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again! We had a great time. The beach was right there, there were great restaurants within walking distance and the pools were well kept. I highly recommended this place.

Beautiful Retreat

Nice view of the beach walking distance to most amenities. Indoor pool for the kids was nice. Very spacious unit. Well maintained.

The apartment was lovely... however....

One needs more than a slice of bar soap for a weeks stay! The property (pools etc) are in need of WORK and better cleaning. My family enjoyed themselves, The beach was the BEST part!

AVERAGE overall experience

Paper stocked items were low quality, 1 ply toilet paper. Towels and wash cloths were Motel 6 quality. Appliances were 20 years old. Dish with standing water in dishwasher. Not told of major hotel renovations until after being booked. Broken clock found upone entry

Fun in the sun

Went to MB for a baseball tournament and found this listing for me and my family. It was very spacious for the four of us. Frank and Rufia were very responsive at check in and out. We will keep their properties saved for our next visit.

Family getaway

Clean condo. Could use some more comfortable sofa and chairs in the living area. The chair in the master bedroom seems to be broken. Great view of the kids pool and beach. Very close to a package and grocery store. I would stay there again.

1st time visit to Myrtle Beach

The condo was very clean, however, it does need a lot of updates. The stove only had 1 large working burner, the dishwasher didn't want to close completely, the 2nd bathroom toilet ran non stop unless we took lid off tank and fixed it ourselves, and the living room furniture sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable. For our first trip to Myrtle Beach, it was fine and like I said it was very clean. Just wish things had been a little more comfortable and working.

Resort was very nice. My kids and their friends really enjoyed it. I didn't like the beach rules. Having to rent a umbrella and couldn't use my shibum shade. Which from what I was told, can't use them in Myrtle Beach none between memorial day and labor day. Last vacation in South Carolina

Nice location and more than adequate space. Toilets 2/3 run! Closet door for laundry broken. Construction outside indoor pool very noisy and water park only open for 2 hours during our week stay.. which is not fault of owner but disappointing for children!

Caribbean resort

The condo was great clean and nice. Beautiful view. The issue was other guests and the staff not being proactive on complaints I made to them. People smoking marijuna on the 7th floor hallways or a room the floor smelled of it. Elevators smelled of it inside the condo elevators. Someone urinated in the parking garage elevator I told staff took a day and a half to get it cleaned. People eating in the hot tubs and leaving the plastic cups and spoons in the hot tubs as well there was fruit and food spilled in the indoor pool area and just left even saw staff walk past it in your listing the only thing I suggest just so people know only umbrellas are allowed on the beach but other than great condo and I would book it just for the condo and the view and would spend all my time at the beach you get a 5 star for that. The property itself gets the 1 for cleanliness.Rafias condo it gets a 5 star for cleanliness.

Family Condo

The views are on a tiny balcony if North Myrtle. When we arrived the door code wouldn’t work. Called and Rufia said we had the wrong one. Gave us another to try and it worked. The closet doors to the washer/dryer fell off on us when bringing in our bags. Text and she was very responsive that she knows they need replacing. The master bedroom toilet runs non-stop unless you play with the handle. We had two complaints filed against us from people directly below us due to the dining room chairs making too much noise on the tile floors. The resort staff were very nice and came in to see that the lights were dimmed and we were telling the truth that it was the chairs on tile and we’re surprised there was no felt, etc. on them. The front desk told us the third day not too worry now that they understand the noise.

Beautiful place to stay for a short period

The condo was excellent well maintained, the view was amazing from the room balcony. Instructions could have been more clear for example property manager did not mention which block is the room, it took time for us to figure out and also the receptionist was not much helpful to give information.Also I did not like the concept of guest disposing the trash going across the street. Could have atleast gave an option to keep it out the door so that maintenance staff can pick up. Otherwise rest all good totally enjoyed our stay.
