We had such a beautiful location! You’re close to everything you could possibly need. The view was stunning… We are such ocean people, and being able to walk out on the patio and see it everyday was great! Would love to come back again!

The apartment was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again! We had a great time. The beach was right there, there were great restaurants within walking distance and the pools were well kept. I highly recommended this place.

The apartment was lovely... however....

One needs more than a slice of bar soap for a weeks stay! The property (pools etc) are in need of WORK and better cleaning. My family enjoyed themselves, The beach was the BEST part!

Nice place with nice amenities and good lobation! Needs a some updating and small repairs. Not true oceanfront. More of an overview that is nice, especially to see the sunrise in the morning. The building itself is ocean front. Overall a nice place.

Beautiful View

We stayed at this location for 8 days and the view was beautiful. The only downfall was the resort this is located on is under construction, which we didn’t know about until 3 weeks before our stay. Which means they were working pretty early the whole time. Again, the property manager informed us prior. Other than some of the pools being closed (which was a bummer), no gym access due to construction, and the limited elevator access, again due to construction, it was great. When they are done this resort is going to be beautiful. Definitely worth it.

Nice location and more than adequate space. Toilets 2/3 run! Closet door for laundry broken. Construction outside indoor pool very noisy and water park only open for 2 hours during our week stay.. which is not fault of owner but disappointing for children!

1st time visit to Myrtle Beach

The condo was very clean, however, it does need a lot of updates. The stove only had 1 large working burner, the dishwasher didn't want to close completely, the 2nd bathroom toilet ran non stop unless we took lid off tank and fixed it ourselves, and the living room furniture sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable. For our first trip to Myrtle Beach, it was fine and like I said it was very clean. Just wish things had been a little more comfortable and working.

The facility was very nice. Overall pleased, however, be advised, it is very noisy. If you like peace and quiet, beware. Apparently they have no police officers in MB. We never saw one in the area the whole time we were there, but we saw/heard 100s of other vehicles with no mufflers. Maybe MB is a no muffler zone. Lol.

Caribbean resort

The condo was great clean and nice. Beautiful view. The issue was other guests and the staff not being proactive on complaints I made to them. People smoking marijuna on the 7th floor hallways or a room the floor smelled of it. Elevators smelled of it inside the condo elevators. Someone urinated in the parking garage elevator I told staff took a day and a half to get it cleaned. People eating in the hot tubs and leaving the plastic cups and spoons in the hot tubs as well there was fruit and food spilled in the indoor pool area and just left even saw staff walk past it in your listing the only thing I suggest just so people know only umbrellas are allowed on the beach but other than great condo and I would book it just for the condo and the view and would spend all my time at the beach you get a 5 star for that. The property itself gets the 1 for cleanliness.Rafias condo it gets a 5 star for cleanliness.
