Myrtle Beach

Overall the property was okay. It’s close to the beach and provided easy access. The facility was clean but not enough towels were provided. When I inquired about extra towels I was told to launder the ones we were given or pay $21 for 6 extra towels. The laundering facilities were too far away. You also had to pay a fee if you wanted a later check out. I have never stayed anywhere with those kinds of policies.

Disappointed to say the least

While I loved the convenience of building A, this unit and the cleanliness was a huge problem. I've stayed at the Myrtle Beach Resort for over 30 years. It's by far our family's choice. Never again will I book through Vacasa! All they did was register our complaints and said "sorry." What I paid for this was not what I received. There was no offer of good faith for everything that was incurred.
