  • Direct oceanfront views from this 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom condo on the 11th floor of South Hampton. This condo has been renovated with new flooring, new sofa, and new artwork. It has an open floor plan with coastal furnishings that will remind you day and night that you have arrived at the beach. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).



    ***Please be advised of the South Hamptons corridor remodeling project is scheduled to start on Monday, October 5th, and is expected to take approximately 7 months to complete.

    Work will begin on floors 1 and 2, then proceed to floors 16 and 15, continuing downward two floors at a time***



    The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.



    Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).



    Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.



    This condo can be rented with South Hampton 1110A next door to create a 2 Bed / 2 Bath combo for extra guests.



    INCLUDES:

    - Access to private South Hampton pool, St James pool, and Beach pool. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

    - Free access to Mega Fitness Gym (about 1 mile away)

    - High-quality towels and sheets (bring your own pool / beach towels)

Beautiful Unit!

Kingston Plantation is our new favorite location! This unit is gorgeous! Amazing views, remodeled so nicely, and the beach access is easy and not over crowed! We will be booking again next summer!

Beautiful Views

This was the prefect place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family. We had ocean from views and could see the ocean from almost everywhere you stood in the condo! Very clean. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful location!

This condo unit is perfect for a relaxing vacation for a couple. The unit is spacious, clean, and the views of the sunrise and sunset can’t be beat from the 11th floor balconies. 2 beach chairs provided but no beach towels. Overall- super comfortable and a place we will come back to soon.

Perfect!!

We rented this unit over Mother's Day weekend for a quick getaway. It was simply perfect. Place was just as it was advertised with three separate balconies. Honestly wished we stayed the whole week instead of just a couple of days. We will be back.
