Great place for the price! The building itself is a little dated but the suite was very nice and clean. Great view. Having Ocean Annie's amd River City on site are added perks, parents can sit by the pool and listen to live music, have drinks and grab a bite while the kids enjoy the pool and lazy river. Would def book a stay here again!

Great space for the whole family

Sands Ocean Club is fun if you are looking for live music steps away from the beach. It can be noisy, so be prepared for bands playing until 11pm. The unit itself was great and very spacious with beachy decor.

Bed Spread/Comforters were not clean they were dirty.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice place. The Comforters on the beds needed washing bad. They were white comforters but were dirty in spots and there were spots that looked like it was blood stains.
