The terrible cleaning, the shower drain and the terrible sink. They have very good photos when you are going to rent it but when it is time to arrive it is a total deception everything is very old and on each floor there is garbage and it smells bad the elevator does not work and we stayed on the top floor I was carrying my two babies. You pay a lot for such an old and neglected place

The rooms were dirty, there was no trash can, the pool was unusable and looked disgusting. Someone who was cleaning it said it failed inspection and was very expensive for such a filthy place I'll never go back there.

thanks for the manager to fix our reservation problem but the pool was closed all week the place has no smoking signs up but when you walked outside all you smelt was pot and cigarette smoke so now i have a sinus infection because i am allergic to that stuff they give you two towels for a week and two washcloths, by the way don't advertise two pools there's only one and it does have an elevator probably won't pick this place to stay at again , it does look as if the manager was trying to clean it up to be better the walls looked fresh painted

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. One of the worst hotel experiences my family has ever had. We paid $750.84 for a 2 night stay for our family of four. We arrived around 11 PM and found the room absolutely filthy and poorly maintained. We documented what appeared to be visible mold, a dead cockroach on the sink, dirty furniture with footprints on the couch, broken items, and unacceptable cleanliness throughout the room. We immediately complained and were told the hotel was completely booked and they couldn’t move us. No adequate attempt was made to clean the room or provide another solution. Because it was already 11 PM and we were traveling as a family, we felt stuck and stayed that night. We slept in the same clothes we arrived in with our hoodies covering our heads because we were so uncomfortable. We didn’t even feel comfortable using the shower. We left rather than complete our stay. In my opinion, the room we received was completely different from the impression created by the online listing. Had I seen the actual condition beforehand, I NEVER would have booked it. After paying $750.84, we received only $194 back. I have photos and videos documenting everything. Families, please read recent reviews and look at actual guest photos before booking. I wish I had.
