Wonderful Stay!

We had such a good time at MB!! The unit / lock out unit worked out great with my family and in-laws! My son loved being so close to the water park and the beach was right there! Would definitely stay here again :) Hope to visit again one day.

Girls Trip

My friends and I had a great stay. Communication was clear, the check-in process was easy and organized. There were multiple options for pool or beach. We spent every day at the main pool that had a dj or live music and a bar. It was a very relaxing weekend for moms away who like to have a good time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay recently at 108 Brighton. We loved the location, proximity to the beach and property. We thought the condo itself was great, we enjoyed the layout of the floorpan, that the decor was minimal (helpful when traveling with a small child) and that everything we needed was available to us in the condo. The only negative for us would have been with Kingston properties in that we had a traveler with us who recently had knee replacement, we asked them if we could use one of the gates that was on the side of the waterpark nearest our room (it was being used by staff all day) and we were told no. Only having one way in and out of the water park makes for a very long walk around the entire park to get to the entrance. While I understand the "rule" it seems like there could be a small amount of flexibility for certain situations, even just for one guest. Additionally, if the water park is open, all slides should also be open, or advertise them as being closed during some months of the year.

Memorial Day getaway

The place was lovely and fit our family of 10 comfortably. Kids loved the pool and surprisingly the beach was not crowded at all- so we enjoyed peace and quite area. We hope to be back next time.

Just as advertised and soooo convenient!!

We have been coming to Kingston for over 30 years and have stayed in every property including the villas, margate, the embassy, all of them. I will say, it had been years since we had stayed at Brighton due to it being one of the older properties and needed some updates. I was pleasantly surprised!!! Not only had the whole Brighton property had a facelift but this specific unit was chefs kiss. Obviously, there are newer buildings but you cannot beat the convenience this unit offers. From its close proximity to the best pools, bars, and food options, it was the first floor for me. No wasting time waiting on elevators and the convenience of running up to the room for snacks, etc. is a total game changer. Unit was very clean, comfortable beds, great layout, and the lounger on the patio deserves its own 5 star rating. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

It worked for what we needed

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as described but the pictures must have been taken years ago. The unit was VERY dirty (mold in the showers, bad smells from the sinks, stains on the floors, baseboards filthy, marks on the walls, the balcony was filthy and we had to wear shoes 24/7 or else the bottom of our feet socks were dirty) I spent our first day cleaning and making it ok. The bedroom with queen beds had mattress that caved in the middle and the headboards weren’t even attached so everytime the girls moved they banged on the walls. The furniture was obvious it was for a rental which is fine, we were at the beach most days and the washer dryer worked great. I did have to add vinegar and run it though a cleaning cycle bc of the smell. The freezer was set to 11 which I didn’t realize until everything melted and it took 2 days for it to get colder but then it was fine. The beds were not comfortable and I wish I brought a topper but whatever. It was fine. Overall it was fine. Left it cleaner than we got it.

We appreciated the starter supplies. The views of the ocean were fantastic! Great amenities with the pool complex and gym/pickle ball. We will stay there again!
