Everything we expected

Me & my boyfriend stayed at the Seamist for a week and it was everything we expected. The description & pictures and matched the actual room. The room was clean and we are very picky about cleanliness. The price is awesome for what you get. The front desk was helpful and were available at all times. If you’re thinking of booking this place do it! The only downside is some of the areas around the hotel, just do your research. Will be back.

The property itself was in good condition. The cleanliness of the countertops, tabletop, and cabinet doors were not very good, which made me wonder about other things. There was a cleaning lady that was in the hallway that allowed me to borrow a bottle of cleaner and my wife cleaned what she needed to. The mattress on the bed was too soft but doable for two nights. The view from the balcony was very nice. If this property was in another resort we would stay again. But this resort even though it’s advertised as non smoking the smell of marijuana was intense throughout our stay.

First trip since covid

Loved the view of the sunrise. Security was ever present. A lot of construction at one of the buildings. Was perfect for what we were looking for this trip.

Pools were not up and running. Should have been listed upfront. Instead you just didn’t show them on the amenities. That should be stated in writing. When I called to the property they refused a refund. This is deceptive advertising.

We had an amazing trip!

We just got back from our trip and it was absolutely amazing! The unit was just as described and the recent remodel was beautiful. It was clean and quiet!! For us we couldn't of asked for more. The check in and out process was so easy. We were literally a short elevator ride and a few steps from the beach. The view from the unit is a side view of the ocean and beach which I was a bit nervous about but it was beautiful and we watched the sunrise every morning! There is security desk right by the front entrance which made me feel extremely safe. They were very friendly and helpful. We were so pleased and will definitely be staying here again! I wish I could add pictures of our sunrises.. they were absolutely breath taking!

READ INSTUCTIONS CAREFULLY

Well I dont know where to start The room itself was good. Location was awesome needs to be updated on cookware (didnt have much) AS FOR THE RENTAL COMPANY READ THE FINE PRINT!!! When you get to the location you have to reg across the street, like 2 blocks away from building that you are staying in. DONT GO to the check in desk, you will be sent to another desk. You are sent a code to know for the week not a 4-5 digit code but a 10 digit code You have to pay extra to exchange your dirty towels for clean ones. They leave 3 I said THREE rolls of toilet paper and thats it, BUY YOUR OWN REALLY this is a condo NOT a house that you have rented. I just was not happy at all with the COMPANY and the people were pretty rude on the phone also. I called and asked to speak with a manager, did that happen NOT. LIKE I said the room itself was OK Nothing to write home but OK I guess for the beach Just needs more things in the kitchen area to be able to cook for the week OR bring your own I just fell like the condo needed some upgrades to it BUT like I said location to beach was amazing
