Birthday trip

Overall a great stay. The place was as pictured. A bit of a walk to get to the beach and pool right now but not a deal breaker! The room was big enough for 2 teenage girls and 3 adult women for the week. Would book again.

Bait and Switch

Two days before our trip Brent the property manager calls to let me know that the 3 bedroom we had booked was no longer available. He moved us to a 2 bedroom and promised some compensation . When we arrived we were met with a room that wasn't clean and when we went to go to bed found that there was no sheets on the bed. We called the property manager and no one responded. We went and found a lady mopping in the lobby, but she said she couldn't help us. We had to sleep on a bed without sheets. The pools that are indoor are all out of service in the building and you have to walk around the building to go to the beach because they are working on the back. The view was good. The property manager promised compensation and a free night neither of which have I seen a week later. I emailed him and finally got a call from him upset that I said he and his team were unprofessional. I would recommend staying elsewhere! The AC wasn't working and the elevator went out as well during our 3 day stay! It wasn't a pleasant experience to say the least!!

Do not stay here!!!!

Honestly this is the worst condo we have ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach. And the whole place was falling apart, inside and out. The whole door handle to the outside was off we had to put it back on many times. There is only 1 dim lamp in the master bedroom. At night you can hardly see in the room. In the bunkbed room there was no working light at all in the room. One was brought the next day but it still only lit up the middle of the room. The lamp in the living room was broken also and didn't work. Every sink in the condo stopped up when you ran water in the sinks. The master bedroom floor is coming up everywhere and the whole floor walking into the condo was sticky. There is no A/C vent in the super small twin bed room so you have to sleep in there with the door open. Just to get to the beach we had to walk all the way around from the front of the building. And if we knew we would only have small throw blankets for the bunk beds we would have brought some. Towels supplied were stained and nasty. No ice maker in the condo we paid so much for and to where on site to buy ice. There was also no where to sit down and eat besides the couch which is asking for a mess to happen. And only 2 elevators worked for 22 floors of condos. We waited for over 20 minutes just to get to the ground floor. We know you can't necessarily control the elevator or beach walk situation but you can let potential renters know about it all. And you can control the condition of the condo itself. RUNNN
