Excellent getaway

The property was clean, well furnished, and a great location. We enjoyed easy access to the beach as well as quick drive time to any of the destinations we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The condo is amazingly beautiful. I was biased about it at first but soon upon arrival it was way better than the pictures perceive and are very much accurate. I would give this stay a 10/10 and location and staff were great. Will stay and recommend again.

Our first stay

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful condo! The view was amazing, the property was clean, and it was a beautifully decorated place. There was lots of room for my kids (8 and 5) to run around and still room for the adults to hang out! Very wonderful vacation! Hopefully we will be able to come back!

Condo was amazing! Very clean. Beach view from balcony was beautiful! The lazy river was awesome the kids loved it! Pools never got over crowded. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Family vacation

Beautiful condo with 3 beds and baths. We loved this condo. Each bedroom had privacy from the other bedrooms. Very nice layout! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Living room had enough seating to accommodate all of us. Pools and hot tubs were nice. This was the nicest place we ever stayed and we hope to go back in a few years. And the view is awesome too! Booking it was so easy too. Love it here!

Myrtle Beach Rental

We had a great time at this property. The entire condo building is a little older, but the unit we were in was updated, clean, and comfortable. Great location where you’re away from the craziness, but close enough to get to everything very quickly. The construction on the outdoor hot tubs would be our only complaint, but that’s not the owners fault. The crew working on the hot tubs were pretty vulgar and we have small children, and it also made access to the lazy river difficult. Again, not the owners fault, but figured I would mention it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not very clean. In the times of Covid, we would have expected more detail would have been taken to clean the unit. We spent much of our first evening cleaning so that we felt comfortable for the rest of our stay.

Overall fair to good we did have a couple of issues.

Our stay was during Hurricane Ian, the sliding doors started to leak. We had to put towels on the floor to absorb the water. We had an issue with TV in the living room it would not go on. This happened two days before the storm. There was a couple of other minor issues and they where taken care of immediately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: South Wind 1105 is a great! It’s updated and the kitchen met our needs as far as being well stocked. The living room is so spacious with lots of seating area. The Master suite is huge with an oversized walk in closet. Comfortable beds in each bedroom.Conevniently located to lots of great restaurants and shopping. If there was one suggestion I could make it would be to add a mirror in the smaller bedrooms, when you have a group of seven girls getting ready that would be helpful. This was our second time staying here and we can’t wait to go back!Also, the elevators in this building always smell clean and fresh.

Very nice place for the most part

Enjoyed 1105 very much. A couple of minor things kept it from being outstanding. The refrigerator ice maker never did work the entire week. A maintenance guy came by and "fixed" it the second day but again, it never made one ice cube. The shower adjacent to the front bedroom never got hot (luke warm only) which forced that occupant to use a different bathroom. Only minor issues but it did result in a less than perfect stay. However, I would highly recommend this condo to others.

We were impressed with the decor and updates of the condo. We enjoyed the view and amenities. We were very comfortable in the condo. We were slightly disappointed that there were stairs to access the beach as my grandmother could not use them. Also the chair and umbrella rental was a nice touch but having small children, we needed more space and another umbrella and the life guard put the chairs too close together. The condo itself and the entire condominium property were kept clean. We never had an noise issues or disruptions. We would definitely stay again.
