Perfect for our needs!

It fit our family's spring break needs just as we hoped! Between the number of pools on property to the beach right outside the building, our kids had plenty of water fun. And, the view couldn't be beat...absolutely gorgeous. The directions we got from the management company were easy to understand and got us in with no issues at all...it made it very easy!

The grounds and unit itself was very nice. When booking, they should let you know if any part of amenities are under construction and not open. Also, we spent several hours on our last full day trying to get in touch with management because our lock was broken and could not lock up. After rhat when we got home ladt night, lock was broke again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room. The view was amazing!!! Room was exactly as advertised and shown. My only complaint is that there isnt staff dedicated to keep the pool areas clean during the day and people leave their trash. The condo hallways are old and dated but the room is pleasantly updated!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the first thing you notice is that the building is under lots of construction and is very old. The elevator certificates have not been updated in 2 years, which was very concerning. We were with another couple who had rented their own condo, and they did not feel safe so they left. We probably would’ve done the same if it weren’t for a contract. But once you entered the actual condo, everything was great. It was very clean and decorated tastefully. The view was excellent and we were comfortable. Unfortunately, all of that was overshadowed by the condition of the building itself.
