    The Space:

    Patricia Grand 1710 at Big Fish Rentals

    This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



    The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



    Resort Quiet hours are 11 pm - 7 am.



    Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



    Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



    ... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We stayed during Labor Day weekend. The room was nice for the price and great views. To see the sun rise in the morning you will need to go out on the beach due to the location of the room. The only problem that we had is that Big Fish Rentals contracted by the owner to receive the payment and give you the keys. I had to reach out to VRBO due to security issues of sharing sensitive information for fraud verification. It was resolved and I did not have to share it. The issue was brought to upper management and hopefully it has been taken care of.I would reserve the hotel room again.

The unit is not in the condition as it appears to be in the listing photos. It is old and in need of TLC. A few light switches did not work, and the kitchen faucet leaks around the back of the handle. The mattress on the Murphy bed is pathetic. It was nothing but springs. My kids had prints on their backs each morning. The door frame to the main entrance is bent and the closet doors next to the bathroom are messed up making it difficult to shut. There's a huge pink stain on one of the headboards. The towel rack was broken and off of the wall, so no place to hang towels. Overall, we would not stay in the unit again. Prices have increased significantly. If you're going to ask people to pay top dollar, then there needs to be some major sprucing up.
