This privately owned and beautifully maintained condo offers approximately 650 sq. ft. of living space and can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two queen-size beds in the private bedroom, a full sized murphy bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. It's the perfect setup for families, friends, or couples looking to enjoy the beach in comfort and style.

Inside, the space features a full galley-style kitchen equipped with full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a double-compartment sink, everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Whether you're whipping up breakfast before hitting the beach or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets, the kitchen is ready for it all.

The living room is the heart of the condo and offers a bright and relaxing space to unwind. It features a new sleeper sofa, Murphy bed, flat screen TV, an electric fireplace, a side table, coffee table, and a small dining set. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and toilet tucked behind a privacy door, as well as a spacious vanity area with a large mirror, sink, and mounted hair dryer, ideal for getting ready before a night out on the town.
