False advertising ! I booked a two bedroom villa, which i assumed it would be one big apartment style set up with two rooms. Instead what i got was basically two separate hotel rooms! I traveled with my 4 year old twin daughters, imagine the anxiety of thinking they are in a whole other hotel room! To worsen the situation the main door that leads you the hotel rooms did not lock. I went right over to the front desk where the manager on duty was Steve. I expressed to steve my concerns of how unsafe i felt especially that one of my daughters is autistic and i feared that she would walk right out at night. Steve advised that he would send over someone to fix it. (NOONE SHOWED UP) that night we slept with a chair against the door. The following morning, my husband goes and try's to get some sort of accommodation to this door situation. This is when a rude and unprofessional employee advised my husband that the hotel will not issue any refund or accommodate us in anyway since NOTHING HAPPENED TO MY AUTISTIC DAUGHTER. I AGAIN get in contact with steve and he again advises that some one will be over to fix the door. ( NEVER HAPPENED). Finally on the day of check out we head over to the beach only to return to being locked out at 10:15am! That's when i had enough with this hotel, I called the front desk and demanded that someone walks over a key. I finally reached a manager that advised that she would put in a request for a refund, but that expedia will have to issue it.

The stay here was unacceptable. Do not spend your money here because it is not worth it. The place is dirty, the apartment has dead and live roaches, the beds are old and in addition we only had access to a small pool. Nothing like the picture showing this hotel. We pay a lot of money to just be in a tiny pool. And awful service. Do not waste your money here. I would not recommend it.

Rocio thank you for your review. I apologize if you had issues while staying with us. There seems to have been some miscommunication about the pools you had access to while staying with us. Yes you had access to the pool in the complex you were housed in but you also had access to our waterpark and indoor pools as well. Even though they are not in the immediate complex you occupied they are still on the same campus i hope you will give us another try in the future..

Some furniture was in poor condition there was a chest of drawers missing one of the drawers that was replaced while my family and I were out without being warned. Bathroom and beds are the exceptions.

the room i sated in with my family had a bad odor e bought air fresherner nothing helped. It actually cam from the carpet smeeled old sour aand moldy. it wasnt worth what i paid. never again

This is the most bad hotels for everyone I’m very disappointed with Expedia and the hotel because in this time I lost relaxed time in my vacation sleeping in each room every day and move when I made the reservation 3 months in advance I hard recomendé to everyone to not stay in this hotel is I lot stress to stay in here

When selecting the property it was very misleading said ocean view our view was the building behind us and we had to walk a block or more to get to the beach and the same for the water park. The room had no water pressure.

There were several buildings as part of the resort. Each had its own pool and there were also some shared amenities. Parking was pretty easy, the common areas of the building we stayed in were a little dingy and there was no ac in the halls or elevator. The mattresses were very comfortable even the murphy bed. We did have to call for extra blankets for the Murphy bed as it had sheets but no blanket or comforter, we didnt use the Futon bed but it would have needed sheets too. There were originally 4 towels and washcloths - we had to ask for more since we had 4 people. Our room was clean...free of sand and hair but our kids feet were so dirty and there were some markings on the walls. Note there was kurieg and not a coffee pot as shown in the pics and there was a mini fridge not a standard fridge. I mention this because these were things important to us. We liked the vicinity to the beach, the game room, putt putt, ice cream shop and water park!! Plenty to do for kids and was close to shops, grocery, and entertainment.... Tony was on staff in our building and he was so kind and helpful. I would recommend if you want good basic accommodations.

I would not recommend anyone staying here. Booked this resort online, looks nothing like the pictures on the website. I would advise no one to stay at Tower II location . Rooms were not cleaned , carpet dirty. Just do your research!

There was alot of bangingdue to repairs i would assume. The fruit flies were horrible in all of the rooms. Some of the guests were screaming due to being stuck in the elevator. The phone number provided for the hotel call center was closed. My boyfriens had to walk to the office to get them help! I called 911. So imagine being stuck with no communication for help. The room set up was straight but the rest made the stay unbearable(fruit flies).

Our room was clean and did the trick for our two night stay but unfortunately the amenities such as the indoor pool the only pools open in February of course were extremely overcrowded and really dirty, sopping wet towels, covered the floor of the pool in the family fun zone, and the hot tub had trash and a towels surrounding it as well as stuff floating in the water. the indoor pool in the main building was cleaner, but the chlorine was so strong it was making us cough to the point I couldn’t breathe. Was hoping to use this short trip to see if this is somewhere where we would like to stay in the future for a week long vacation and it definitely is no longer on the list of contenders.

Not cleaned at all.
Dead cockroach in kitchen. Hair wrapped around bottom of toilet. Other toilet leaked at bottom floor when flushed. Toiled seat had a dirty butt stain on it. Floors was filthy not swept or mopped. Very very confusing entry and couldn't tell if this was the correct building or not. Villa 2 is not a closed in building so you will be walking outside to EVERYTHING and a block away to the indoor pool and sauna. ALSO no one answered phone after 6pm for me to call to let know about these conditions. Overall if was cleaned properly it would be a nice stay. Large for families and loved the separate rooms reminding you of home. Possibly bring more towels and a spray bottle of bleach though. Site wouldn't let me upload my photos.

Room had roaches. They came and sprayed and still killed 3 more after they sprayed. Wife slept with her clothes and shoes on at the table. Had 2 hours of sleep. Roaches where on the ceiling. Will not ever stay again.

We arrived around 8 pm so check-in was fast and simple. We did get turned around with where to go to do check in as there are multiple building that are all part of the property. We were on the 11th floor of tower 1 . The lobby was accessed by a code and was very clean. There was no staff at our building other than to clean. Our building had a small pool 3ft-5.5ft deep it was clean and we were the only ones that used it. Both elevators worked and were usual in time. Our room was clean with two full beds , a Murphy bed and a pull out sofa. It could have slept 8 comfortably. It was clearly older and you could see small things like a few stains on the sofa, scratches on the coffee table, the toilet made a sunny sound when flushed just things like that but nothing that impacted our stay. I will say one of the beds was super uncomfortable

Roaches in both rooms, told front desk n manager, took pics. But they acted like it was the norm...no refund. No xtras. No nothing..3 hot tubs n none of them worked

When first arrived had a miss communication between hotels.com and the resort but after the fixed we were upgraded to to a suite for free. The staff is friendly which is a plus but the room was outdated the beds were stiff and the couch was falling apart. The kitchen was the only updated part. The water park was opened for one day out of three. But that was not what it seemed to be. I got this room because of the water park and was very dissatisfied. We won’t be returning to this resort due to the maintenance and upkeep of the place. The only good things about this place was the employees here

Great choice for the money.
Great location. Not enough close parking and the room amelled very sfeong of cat pee. Room was very clean, except the carpet. Overall a great place to stay for the money. The waterpark and arcade were great and located very convenient even to the villas.
