Professionally decorated, 6 bedroom, 7 bath 3640 square foot tri-level home with 2 ocean view porches and elevator! Beach access across street, walk to restaurant and public pier; good crabbing in inlet. 28X26 pool for Seaport Village community guests. Large gas grill with free gas for family cookouts. Meticulous upkeep by owners. Located on the quiet southern end of Garden City Beach. Good parking. Only 50 feet across the street and you're on the beach. Enjoy 2 living areas and a large kitchen with Keurig. Washer-Dryer. 200 yard walk To Marlin Quay Cafe/Marina. Cold A/C (3 Units). Ceiling fans and TVs in all bedrooms. No pets or smoking allowed. The property includes pillows, bedspreads, and blankets. Linen rental available or bring your own. No house parties. Family rentals only. Seaport Village is a second row complex of homes with community pool and landscaped common grounds. Pool is open Easter/April 1 to September 30. Approximate pool dimensions 28 x 26. Complex located just north of Marlin Quay Marina and is right across the street from the beach. Tri-level home on stilts with inside stairway. 3rd floor master suite. WIFI. Garage parking. Built in 2002. 6 Bedrooms: 1 up; 1 middle; 4 down. 7 Baths: 1 up; 2 middle; 4 down. Beds: 1 king up; 1 king, 1 sofabed middle; 2 kings, 4 queens down.

Great house for family get togethers

Plenty of space and well maintained. House is well suited for big families. Across the street from beach access. Elevator worked but verrrrrry slow. Plenty of seating, dinnerware and glasses. The deep freezer was a nice surprise! Has keurig and regular coffeemaker (bring round filters). Only two minor issues-bathroom in master needed better cleaning and there was more street noise from traffic than we expected....a couple of nights had cars racing at 2am :(

I was very happy with the condo. I loved all the windows that let in the light, it was an open and airy floor plan. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Beach access was right across the street, which was a plus.
