Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Messy

The manager messaged me three times changing the room number. In the end they offered me an upgrade. What I got was the worst room in the hotel. It was facing the street and there was a gathering place right in front of my door. The safe was out of service. We woke up to the sound of water dripping from the ceiling. The front desk of the hotel would not talk with us because we did not book from them.Would never stay there again.
