This host was the worst host I have EVER booked with. The day before our scheduled trip, he provided me with the key code to the room, but NOT the actual room number. My wife and I had to physically search for the room. Call it luck, but we were able to find the room after searching each floor in the hotel. Once we found the room and walked in, it looked like the room was not prepared to receive guests. The beds had been stripped - not made. There was nothing available for guests (ie. Sheets, towels, comforters, etc). In the master suite, the bed was sinking in the middle nearly touching the floor. There was stain on the Murphy bed, which also had no sheets, and a stain on a water stain and sand on the floor. The stove did not work and the light in the kitchen also didn't work. There were wires hanging out of the wall in the living room, where the smoke detector should have been. There was also some people who came to the room, while we were there to look at it. They informed us that they wanted to view the property in hopes of possibly buying it. The host did not call me back after many attempts to reach out to him. When he finally did return my call, he insisted that he would address the matter, in which he did not. This situation was very displeasing and upsetting. I will NEVER book with this host again and I would advise that no one else does either.
