Stay at Cherry Grove

This was an amazing property at an amazing location. Parking is the only issue when you drive an oversized vehicle. Overflow needs some more room. It was a tight squeeze getting my daughter's vehicle in and out.

Absolutely Amazing

The pictures are actually what you’re getting. We loved the option of two pools, one is across the street, right next to the beach with a hot tub. The other one is a little smaller but still equally as fun. We would go night swimming after dinner so we would have the pool all to ourselves. The beach access is right across the street, super easy to get to and absolutely beautiful. We had two kids that needed naps during the day and were super happy about not hearing all the commotion upstairs that was happing downstairs so they were able to nap in a quiet room while us adults were still able to have fun. Delicious food all around this property to chose from, never disappointed. Totally worth the stay and will be choosing this property again!

Great Location

The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart, but was really unnecessary since you could not drive it past the grocery store. The condo was clean, the communication was great. We may just book again!

Villa at cherry grove

So according to the pictures we thought we would be staying on the beach but there are two buildings divided by a street and we were across the street. We felt the pictures and write up were a little misleading of the outside. The inside was perfect - plenty of room for all of us and two bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The beds are very soft. And you can hear the noise from the people upstairs if you’re on the bottom condo. The place was very clean and the kitchen was supplied wonderfully. The living area was perfect for our large group and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Somewhat disappointing…

This place has great potential but is in need of a thorough cleaning. We were extremely disappointed when my five year old nephew found a huge bag of pot (yes you read that right) under his bed that was stinking up the entire condo. Not sure how the cleaning crew missed that one! Also, the shower handle in the master was completely broken off which made it difficult to get the shower running. Finally, one half of the condo was very dark since the windows face a hallway. The positives were the size of the condo was great for a large family, nice location and access to two swimming pools.

We enjoyed staying at the condo-the location was great! We appreciated all the king beds and the keyless entry. The layout was nice. A double oven would have been helpful for cooking for a large group. The coffee pot didn’t work the best, but everything else was fine.

Family Stay

My family and I truly enjoyed the property it was perfect and location was excellent due it being across the street from the beach! It was more than our expectations! The only issue is we were accused of using illegal drugs so the deposit of $300 was kept by the host. Now I will say the whole bldg reaked of weed and there were even people above us smoking granted it’s bikers week! I was really surprised being our parents, children and the fact we don’t do drugs. The property was sweet especially for price but the location is average and with that being said many people stay there so being accused even without asking me just a little extreme especially since we were told by the maid or cleaning service that she had never seen it that clean afterward and thanked us! The place is nice however that’s a little suspect being anyone from all walks of life reside there it’s not the hilton 👍 if the deposit is needed that bad keep it we literally accidentally forgot a pass which totals $25 buts it’s cool just won’t book there again 😱

Great Vacation at Pier Watch Villas II

Experience at the property was fantastic except for two issues. We had to figure out how to find channels and watch the TV; once we did everything was fine except for there was an automatic timer that turned the TV’s off and we had to start the process all over again. The other issue was the air conditioning downstairs stopped working and the upstairs got colder so wow we were overheated in the downstairs bedrooms and frozen like a popsicle in the upstairs bedrooms. We lived through the issues; because the location was great, the access to the ocean beach was great the locality and the neighborhood was great

Beautiful Condo

The condo was better than the pictures. We all had a great time. We were able to spend time together inside the house hanging out as a big group AND enjoy a lot of the amenities around. We will keep this place in mind when we come back.
