Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great as far as the property goes! Property was clean and amenities were plenty! My only complaint is the property above is. It sounded like there were several children running back and forth all hours of the night! And this happened all four nights we were there! I don’t fault Palmetto fr that, though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No sheets , pillow cases , towels when we arrived....taken care of when reported . The water heater failed twice in our stay .The unit was clean and fully equipped.....clean.....Palmetto should pay someone to clean windows .Poor noise insulation from above . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for others .Pot insulation for noise from above

This agency felt VERY SKETCHY from the start. I booked and paid for the trip for my group of 5 friends. My flight was to arrive late, so another person from our group would check us in. So, the rental agency told me to TEXT or EMAIL them photos of my ID and the FRONT AND BACK OF MY CREDIT CARD to "verify my identity." I told them I was not comfortable and asked for alternatives and they just kept telling me to send the photos with little to no explanation. Went back and forth with them for literally days, they never acknowledged my concerns. Finally on the DAY OF CHECK-IN, someone tells me I can send a photo showing just the name and last 4 digits (which I had suggested before and they ignored) Our actual stay at this condo was ok. Great location really close walking distance to the beach, coffee shop, liquor store, etc. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Accommodates a lot of people. Huge nice patio. Access to a pool and hot tub. We did not have any maintenance or housekeeping issues that needed to be addressed. Cons...Beds were not super comfortable. Carpet is kind of gross. The agency has weird rules, like if they can tell you wiped makeup on one of the cheap towels they charge $75. I also have never stayed at a rental unit that tells you to bring your own essential items like toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. There was ONE roll of super cheap thin toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag, NO paper towels, and enough dishwasher detergent for one load.
