Wonderful!

Can’t say enough how wonderful the accommodations were here! Clean, comfortable and very up to date. Beach was easy to access and close to great restaurants. Really enjoyed this stay! Had the best visit and plan to return as soon as possible!

Gorgeous

Everything was amazing! The view is perfect, the patio was so nice and enjoyable to relax on, plus the boardwalk is just a couple of miles down the road, keeping us away from all the chaos. We had a problem with the sliding glass door but Mike came and fixed it for us in under 20 minutes. Great customer service AND a room this nice? Will most definitely be coming back!

Get away

Very dated, shower knob needs replaced, needs something in bottom of shower, very slick. Needs more plug ins not the extention cords that it has.

updated condo, great view and deck

Modern updated comfortable condo, spectacular deck for lounging and open view of the ocean. Building it is in, The Caravelle really needs updating. Frustrated that the entire garage complex was closed for our stay and jackhammers going all week to facilitate repairs. Nothing condo owner could do about this though

Very nice property.

When we arrived to the condo and actually walked through the door we knew we would be comfortable. Very nice decor and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. My husband is very picky about beds and I've never heard him say he loved a certain bed. The balcony was amazing lounging on the chair at night was one of my favorite things to do. The only thing was the ac didnt get as cold as I'd like but I keep it very cold. The owner is very responsive I had a question about parking passes and I immediately got a reply back within seconds. All and all this place is amazing. I will definitely be back and will definitely refer to my family and friends.. We are already looking to book for 2 weeks in 2020 and will be looking to stay here.

LOVE the balcony!

This is our 2nd stay here and it was just as nice as the first. You CANNOT beat the balcony anywhere. We spent half our time out there it was so lovely. The room was clean, well stocked and we loved the updates. The fireplace adds a special touch. Plenty of towels for 2 for a week. Only issue was some pot smoking/vaping in the other balconies, but bothering to r property owner can do and we just went inside or down to the pool/ocean if it got too bad. Will stay again!

Unit Great, Property yuck

The Carvel as a whole was a LOT to be desired.Tiki Bar very small.. 4 chairs and very limited menu. Overflowing garbage on property.

Great place with an awesome balcony!

Everything was nice, the room was clean and we loved the balcony! Door lock/code thing was kinda confusing and we actually left our door unlocked the first day when we went out as we did not realize there were steps to lock it. Only other issue was with the shower handle thing to turn the water on/off. It was very hard to move and we worried we were going to rip it out of the wall to turn the water on and it had to be ponded back down to turn the water off and not have drips. The last morning we could not stop the drips. Hopefully get get that fixed, as I left a note letting them know if the issue.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The place was centrally located. The unit we stayed in was perfect for 2 people. Cozy place and the balcony was amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Love the location

This property was right on the beach with great ocean views and nice pool! However, the resort is older, a little run down (when it rained their were huge puddles and water in the stairwell from dripping from the ceiling and it took forever to get any hot water). The property needs a few things updated (broken beach chair, lights not plugged in on arrival, hole in the main door). Overall nice property for a relaxing stay!

Nice Property and Good Location

Room was really pretty and the balcony was awesome. Had a great location were you are not far from anything. My only complaint would be that the shower curtain needs to be replaced as it had a slight mildew smell, but it was not that bad and everything else was really nice.

Awesome views, very accommodating . Only 2 minor issues, one of the beach chairs leg was rusted through and broken as well as on of the canopy arms on the deck circular seat. Otherwise awesome place to stay,, would definitely come back.

Updated oceanfront room

This is a nicely updated oceanfront room within the Caravelle’s property. The room was clean, although it is somewhat small for a week-long stay (we are a family of 3) .For clothing storage, there is one small chest of drawers in the closet and not easily accessible because the bed is right next to it. The balcony is large and has beautiful oceanfront views and comfortable seating. We enjoyed our stay in this property!

Loved our stay!

I gave the cleanliness 4 stars only because I felt like the refrigerator, microwave and things could have been wiped better. There were finger prints all over them. I always bring Clorox wipes so I wiped them myself. Just makes me feel better. Other than that it was very clean, plenty of clean towels to use as well. I can not say enough about the bed!! It was AMAZING! I fell in love with it and slept so well! I even ordered my self a mattress pad like the one on the bed and I’m just getting home today and have my mattress pad on my bed now! It was like sleeping on clouds. Loved it! My husband really liked it as well. The property is in a great location as well. We really enjoyed our stay and as always hate to leave. Check In was very easy, no issues at all. No issues with parking. You park in the parking garage on your floor. Very easy to get to and from. We are used to staying in a bigger place but with just the two of us it was just fine. The outside patio was nice as well. Thank you Derrick for making everything hassle free! We would definitely stay again.

The room was very easy to rent and very clean. LOVED IT!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay there and would love to rent it again next year. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The management was very easy to work with. They emailed me right away with all of the directions and any updates as the time got closer to rent it. Paying and renting the room was also very easy to do. I have no complaints about the management or the room. The room was exactly as it looked on line and we truly LOVED the balcony. That balcony is so amazing and love the view. Thank you for sharing this room with us. We had a wonderful time.

Best view hands down!

Ahhh the balcony.... it was really nice to sit outside during the day and night and listen to the ocean. A lot of things to do for our little one around the resort which was close to a lot of activities. The room itself was even nicer than the photos. Hope to come again next year.

NICE AND MODERN!

Highly impressed as soon as we walked in the door. The balcony hit the spot for us as that is why we come to the beach...THE OCEAN... the place was really nice and decorated with a beach theme. The fireplace was also nice to lay in bed and relax and listen to the ocean.

Wasn’t wowed.

Weird smell when we first walked in. Not very clean. Crumbs on furniture and floor. Furniture wasn’t wiped down. Baseboards have a lot of dust. Hand prints on the mirror closet doors. It was easy to see and stood out. Under the bed was huge pile of dust and debris. Some of the dishes were dirty. Then the weird smell would come back. The cleaning fee is ridiculous. Sure we can call and complain and have someone come to clean. But we should never have to do that. We did have a question about the TV. Called Mike and he was so busy attending 100 of his other units, and refers us to Derrick. Derrick answered and helped us out. Mike is the owner of the cleaning business. Too busy to clean the place. It is decorated nice. The deck was the best part with the beautiful view. Still felt like a motel room. The grounds are really run down. We were only here a few days so we made do.
