Great Condo!

The condo was beautiful and quite large! It was well decorated and the screen room was a hit with us:) It was nice to sit with a coffee and watch the baby ducks at the pond. We would book again!!

Vacasa Rental

The location of the property for the reason of our trip was excellent! The condo was immaculate! The only two problems that we encountered during our 4 days there was the inconsideration of the three men who were in the unit above us keeping us awake with noise beginning at 2:00 a.m. Asecond concern was the amount of marijuana smell so it made it extremely difficult to enjoy the lovely patio that is with this condo.

Great home away from home.

The property was a great home away from home. Very spacious, well stocked kitchen and the screen in porch was a plus for sure. The scene from the screen in porch was amazing. The property carpet was really soiled ,the blinds to the exit of family room need to be fixed or replaced. We couldn't close them . The toilet in master bedroom ran constantly, my puppy found 2 bones under a bed and the middle bedroom mattress had a sink in it,but overall the property is great other than the things i mentioned above.

Outdated

The condo is very spacious however, it is very outdated. Upon entering the carpet was filthy and the kitchen floor was not swept. The master bathroom had a roach and pitcher bugs near the tub. This inconvenience my family and I as we had to go to the store to buy bug spray. The price was reasonable and the location was convenient. We enjoyed being a few minutes from the boardwalk and 10 minutes from the beach.

I’ve stayed at this property many times. This unit is the most disappointing. It was adequate but in need of updating. The bedding was thin and rough. The patio blind panels literally fell off when we opened them. We were on the first floor so this took away any privacy. I submitted a ticket for this but it wasn’t addressed during our stay. Lastly, The housekeeper came in ahead of check out time to clean I wouldn’t stay at this unit again.

Kids bored to death

I have rented in myrtlewood around 5 times and this was the worse. We only rented this time because they where supposed to have a indoor pool we could use. I spoke to vacasa and myrtlewood and never received a call back. I'm still waiting for the call. I will never rent thru vacasa again. I suggest calling the property first to see if u can use the facilities. I enjoyed every stay but this one. Myrtlewood is usually great

Great Stay!

This location made it easy to access so many things that are available to the Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach area. The living room was very spacious and the bedrooms were large. It was so nice to sit outside on the patio with the pleasant breeze. Outside the patio you can access the walking paths (paved) that go around the pond and around the condo buildings. Definitely would stay here again!

Great stay!

This condo had it all! Great location, ground floor, lots of space and was very comfortable. It was very clean and nicely decorated. I didn't expect it to have a fully equipped kitchen, what a nice surprise! It has a lovely sun porch where I had my morning coffee and watched the ducks in the pond. Its just the best location, a few minutes from the beach, amusement park and a great helicopter ride. I definitely will go back.

Beautiful Property, Friendly/Kind Host

The property was beautiful! The area was exactly as described. The hosts were super kind - they left a special note on the fridge with hopes for us to have an amazing stay. The location is perfect - it's conveniently located near everything (stores, attractions, etc.). The outdoor screened in area was an added bonus. The stay was short, but I'll definitely look into this location for my next trip to the area.

Beautiful condo in a great location

The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. It had one of the biggest living room areas of any condo I’ve ever stayed in. We enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the many pools around every corner and the pretty walking paths around the pond. The property manager gave detailed instructions before check-in and was readily available for anything we needed. The condo is in such a neat location with many Myrtle Beach attractions nearby (our favorite was Broadway at the Beach)- just a short drive to lots of restaurants, family activities, shopping, and the beach! I will definitely be back!
