“The property was great for a family however the downstairs unit is difficult when there are upstairs tenants at the same time from a different party. They also had dogs and so it was difficult to get rest. Every movement upstairs and even talking is heard clearly downstairs so our family was awake while the couple upstairs partied and enjoyed each other's company until 3am. “My reservation request was "rejected by the host". No explanation why.”

“Was a clean apartment close to the boardwalk like it was stated. There was no air conditioning. Doorways were small, about 6' 4" being 6'6" was a problem. Was awakened first morning to the fire alarm. After removing the batteries and continued ducking the doorways the next few days, were pleasant. Electrical outlets and light switches were awkward.”

“I didn’t realize long term rv’s were right next door on each side. WiFi works great outside the dome but not great inside it. Overall it was a cute experience but I’d love if the WiFi worked better.”

We bought air mist plugins to put throughout the place to kill the smell. Beyond that, there were things that could be fixed easily to make the place much better. The bathroom faucet diverter was broke so most of the water came out the bottom instead of the shower when you pulled the diverter switch. Asked them to fix it but……

It was one of the best appointed rentals I’ve stayed at—every little thing I needed and went looking for could be found (except a pen or pencil). “Renters beware!!The pictures make this place look nice but it is a horrible property. The home was probably built in the early 1900s and it shows.The game room pictured is a converted garage or barn with no insulation or heat. Bring your coats!Small is inadequate to describe the two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. I’m 5’ 4” and banged my head on the slanted attic ceilings (converted to bedrooms and bathrooms) multiple times.The sauna, hot tub and jacuzzi were all inoperable.There are more……
