We had not received check in information when we arrived an hour after check in time; however, contact was returned to us immediately with information. The home was very clean and with all amenities we needed (except a lack of wine glasses). The home was super cozy with a lot of old charm (including a few nails up in floorboards that were a little unsafe) and modern amenities. Would just recommend some place to hang hand towels in the bathroom. We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner and overall was a great space for the five of us staying there for the weekend.

We had such a lovely long weekend in Mystic. Our host was accessible throughout our stay and provided us with a highchair during our stay, which made life infinitely easier. Our gaggle included four adults, three kids between the ages of 4 and 7 and one baby, and we all felt very comfortable in this beautiful historic home. The neighborhood was very walkable to nearby attractions and it was relaxing and fun to make s'mores in the backyard at nighttime. Perfect stay!

Family getaway

Wonderful family getaway in lovely mystic! Just as described. Beds were absolutly comfortable. Walkable to everything. Only got in car to drive to aquarium. House had everything we needed. Stayed with our 4 kids and our oldest daughters significant other and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend this home to others

Lovely historic home

Had a lovely time enjoying the early summer beach weather. Home is very centrally located and we were able to walk to downtown Mystic. House is adorable and very clean.

Amazing historic house with modern amenities

We stayed for the weekend with extended family of 8 adults and the place was just amazing! Within walking distance from Mystic town in a quiet neighborhood and boasting a huge garden, it was everything we could hope for. The house itself is a historical beauty and has a lot of character, but all the amenities are modern and made the stay very comfortable for all of us. The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, with enough storage space for even a longer stay. Beds are very comfortable. Both bathrooms are top-notch. There is also a washing machine and dryer, but we did not need those. The kitchen is fully equipped and served our group perfectly. The check-in and check-out was smooth and the host was very flexible and helpful. The house was super clean and all the instructions were clear, and easy to understand even for a foreigner. There was also enough space to park three cars on the driveway, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended for sure and we are likely to come back at some point!

A darling historic home!

We had a lovely stay in Mystic! The house is charming and much more spacious on the inside than it looked in the photos. We visited with our two small children (6 and 3) and my mobility-impaired parents, and the space worked out great for everyone. The location was wonderful. It was a lovely walk through a beautiful neighborhood to get to downtown, and only a 5 minute drive to the grocery store and to the family we were visiting in Stonington. As an anxious mom, the steep staircase was a little scary, and there was no air conditioner in the middle bedroom upstairs so we had to put both kids in the room with the twin beds, but otherwise everything was fantastic. Clean, spacious, and comfortable!

Awesome and peaceful property

Wonderful historical property. Very thoughtful host and such a peaceful back yard to relax in. A few deer, bunnies, birds and raspberry bushes. Nicely renovated, but amazing pine floors and historical charm. We will be back.

Short, two night stay.

The accomadations good, no bathroom toiletries, not a big issue. Unfortunately one of my daughters unable to come with my granddaughter, she tested positive for Covid few days previous. Would defintley use again.
