This apartment is in a great location, right by the park in the heart of downtown. The unit is very sparse and lacks general amenities. The apartment photos don’t reflect the decor of the unit. The couch was updated, decorative items shown in photos were missing, etc. If you stay here make sure to tell the hosts how many are in your party. We had to request extra linens, washcloths, towels. They were provided to us but I expect to have these items at a rental when I arrive. The location was great for our purpose and the host was very accommodating and responsive but the unit needs an update.

Key takeaways form my. 3 day stay: WALLS ARE THIN!! Can hwar everyone and everything!! HARD TO FIND BUILDING!! BATHROOM FLOODED.... they would not give me a refund for that happening. Had to use seperate bathroom at mcdonalds until fixed

Would stay again!

My son and I were finishing up our college visit tour along the east coast and decided to stay here for a couple of days before our return flight home. The apartment was as described and it was nice to be able to wash all of our clothes before our departure. Here are a few improvements that I would suggest: - FANS! The central air doesn't cool the space effectively so ground or ceiling fans would go a long way. - Lamps. The space is lit up brightly with track lighting but nothing offers soft light. A simple lamp in each room would offer a softer ambiance in the evening. - Ice Maker. The refrigerator offered an ice tray that wasn't filled. It would be better equipped if it had an automatic ice maker for guests to enjoy. Also, the fridge door opens the wrong direction. Lastly, if you elect to park your vehicle in the underground parking lot that is available, be advised that trucks and large SUV's can't enter or exit the garage without scraping the top of the vehicle. Park at your own risk.
