「we liked our stay very much omg the stuff were so helpful it was a new years holiday in Vietnam we could not get a car from ninh binh to ha long had so much stress for one hour called the hotel for help within 15 min everything was ok!came to our hotel they offered us free upgrade and larger beds since we were traveling with 3 children , the room was spacious very clean they even prepared welcome fruit and drinks for us our family is so thankful had a wonderful stay happy memories! 」

「The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff.」

Our room on the 22nd floor was absolutely amazing, beautifully renovated with modern finishes and a balcony with a stunning view of Halong bay… this hotel had everything! …and the front desk staff members were amazing- very friendly and eager to help us maximize our stay… they recommended a one-day boat tour which was really quite excellent. 「Muong Thanh Luxury Ha long Centre hotel was above expectations. Food was excellent. The room was spotless and beautiful Ocean view. Friendly and accommodating staffs, willing to help with a smiles. There was a young manager name Mr Ngoc that help to serve us breakfast, he was very polite and helpful. Definitely will comeback and stay here ad my hotel of choice.」

「Fizemos o cruzeiro de 24h a cabine era muito confortável, ampla e com varanda. Toda a comida servida era muito saborosa e diversificada. Como sou alérgica a camarão e abacaxi fizeram adaptações ao cardápio para me atender. Apenas como sugestão deveriam pensar em fazer uma adaptação no programa os dias mais frios e com tempo ruim. Paramos para nadar e fazer passeio de caiaque no primeiro dia, mas os 16ºC não foram convidativos para a atividade. Talvez navegar um pouco mais teria sido mais...
