During our interaction, she was dismissive and lacked the basic courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. ​Specifically, her attitude made me feel unwelcome, and she showed a clear lack of effort in addressing my needs as a guest. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a hotel of your standing and significantly impacted my stay. This was the worst check-in experience.」
