Rooms are nice but they are not sound insulated. I heard a young girl playing loudly much of the night. 3 women yacked for hours next to my room. The maids stand in the hallway by 9 am yacking loudly. I heard a young guy on his phone for an hour next to me. Breakfast was good. Light blocking shade in 406 broken. No phone in room. NO COFFEE IN ROOM. OK must not stay here again for lack of coffee and having to listen to all the loud low class people who stay here in poorly designed rooms. Holiday Inn is dismissed!
