Enjoy a stay that blends modern comfort with timeless charm in this

beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 1-bath home, just minutes from downtown

Nacogdoches and a short drive to Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA).



While the home has been thoughtfully modernized, much of its classic character

remains—from charming original details to cozy, welcoming spaces. It features

two comfortable bedrooms plus a dedicated bunk room, perfect for families,

groups, or campus visitors. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals,

and the living area includes high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs so you can relax

and stream your favorite shows with ease.



Located within walking distance of Festival Park, you’ll be close to local

concerts, festivals, and community events, as well as downtown’s unique shops,

restaurants, and historic sites. A train runs daily near the downtown area

creating the small southern town ambiance. (A white noise machine is provided

for your comfort).



Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, SFA visit, or to soak in the local

culture, this updated home is the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and

classic Nacogdoches charm.



_**Bunk Bed Hold Harmless Agreement**_



By booking and/or staying at this property, the Guest acknowledges and agrees

to the following:



The property includes a bunk bed, which may not be suitable for all ages or

physical abilities. The top bunk is recommended for individuals aged 6 and

older only. Use of the bunk bed is at the Guest’s own risk.



The property owner and/or property manager shall not be held liable for any

injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of using the bunk

bed, including but not limited to falls, entrapment, or misuse.



Guests are responsible for supervising children around the bunk bed at all

times. Climbing, jumping, or any unsafe behavior on or around the bunk bed is

strictly prohibited.



By using the bunk bed, the Guest agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the

property owner and/or property manager from any and all claims, liabilities,

damages, or expenses arising from its use.

Adorable

House is clean and cute. There was more space than I expected from the outside of the house. Nice to have the laundry available. Bathroom was a little tight. Overall, great place to stay.
