Check in was frustrating as code was not given even tho we received a ambiguous email asking for a reply if we were going to be late yet it was required regardless to get the entry code. “Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff.
