If you’re traveling with luggages and need a cart, they only have a small trolley that is smaller than a regular luggage so it didn’t help and the hotel is on the 7th floor on the other side of the building while the parking is at the other end.

Enjoyed our stay! This hotel is sharing a new mixed-use building. There are four restaurants and a Family Mart on 1F, two nice football/soccer fields outside, start-up style office spaces, labs, and meeting rooms in the middle floors and the hotel on the top floor 7F. Rooms were spacious with a minimalist kitchen and larger than average mini fridge/freezer. 10 minute walk through the park to the train station.

It's a wonderful new hotel located atop an office building with modern architecture. The surroundings are pristine with 2 soccer fields adjacent to the building (it seems that they're reservation only) and Tsurumai park. Check in is fairly simple, but a pre-check in is required online. My favorite part is the terrace open to hotel guests that overlooks the park and soccer fields.

We love this hotel as very new and suit our family of 4 with an infant & toddle. Hotel room equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle and a place to wash dishes. The shampoo provided makes my hair very soft & smooth without applying conditioner. A dining table and the room size is huge. Coins laundry & dryer it’s at the same floor of the hotel room. In the same building, there’s restaurants and convenience store. For us that traveling with car, the hotel is prefect for us but without car it will be far from the town.
Very high tech hotel which use own IC card as room key card.

施設や部屋は全体に新しく清潔で、一階にはコンビニもありとても満足でした。 ただ、テレビが地上波が映らなかったこと、最低限のアメニティ（歯ブラシなど）があればなおよかったです。あと、コインランドリーの乾燥機を使用した際、扉を開けた瞬間に埃が舞い、不衛生でした。 総合的には、格安で良い宿に泊まれ満足でした。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

Die Unterkunft was sehr sauber und sehr modern. Es sind alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden die man braucht.Gleich neben dem Gebäude ist ein schöner Park und im Erdgeschoss ist ein FamilyMart und ein Kaffe sowie Restaurants. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.
