hotel was easy to book online for a last minute stay. 10 minute drive to NGO airport. train station is abiut a 3 min walk away with a food market, restaurants and mini shopping. taxi availability right outside train station w/ bus shuttle options

I love the location of the property. It is very close to the train station and local restaurants. I would like to make two suggestions for improvement: safes in every room, and a resumption of daily housekeeping. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

What I loved about this hotel was that, unlike other Japanese hotels, the rooms were big, and easy to move around in. Most Japanese Hotel rooms are basically closets with a bed. The only improvement I could think of would be to make indoor safes (for personal valuables) available in all the rooms.

Family with two kids in elementary and a one year old staying in a triple room. The room was great. The size of the room was fine for 5 people. Breakfast was ok. The are fit us well. Only downside was that it is quite far from Nagoya. We loved that we could walk to the beach, the american Diner and Aeon mall. At the mall there is a lot of activities for kids. Another good thing was that there is a convenience store just across the street from the hotel.

同じ名字の方の予約があったらしく、何度も違いますと話しても、スタッフが混乱していて、部屋番号を教えてくれなかった。 大浴場の浴槽にお湯が入っていなかった（二つあるうちの一つ） 団体の客がいて、朝食を待たされた。 チェックイン時にわかっているなら、団体が何時にいて、混み合うことを伝えてほしい。

部屋は贅沢

サービス内容は普通のビジネスホテルだが部屋はむしろリゾート風で価格の割になかなか贅沢。ぬるいが人工温泉の大浴場があり、チェックアウトが11:00と遅いのでゆっくりできた。
