Walkable (via outside) distance from the airport. They have a special check-in and check-out machines at the front desk to prevent the virus contact, and an English-speaking staff helped me using the machine. Cozy room with a card key. One unhappy thing (not related directly to the hotel) was that the cashier at the convenience store (FamilyMart) on the ground floor of the hotel's property—I encountered two young girl as a cashier at different time, and both of them didn't speak English at all. It's not hotel employee, but still the store at the airport hotel. What a nonsense.

中国の方が沢山居て．部屋の中まで聞こえてくる大声に… 朝食は、失礼ながら今までの中で一番美味しくなかった。ホテル行く前に常滑イオンがあるので、そちらで何か買って行くか、近くのコンビニで買うか？寝るだけなら問題はないと思う

空港、コンサート会場に近くて便利

セントレアから近くのコンサート会場に行くために初めて利用しました。空港から近く、翌日のフライトまで安心して過ごすことができました。空港内と近くにコンビニもあり、便利でした。朝食に名古屋名物のあんことマーガリンがあったのは、ちょっと嬉しかったです。また、セントレアに行く時はリピートします。

最悪のスタッフ！他の頑張っているスタッフが可哀想。

中部国際空港近くの東横インIIに宿泊しましたが、とにかくフロントスタッフのM（女性）の、挨拶もなく仏頂面でため口の接客には、驚くほど残念な対応で、大変不快な思いをしました。東横インのスタッフには、好感度の高い方々もいる中で、この小太りのMのようなスタッフがいることは、東横インのブランドを著しく下げることになると思いますので、人事部の方には是非担当を変えられることを進言させて頂きます。ちなみに、このような対応は他のゲストにも同じような対応だったことを知って下さい。
