Wonderful Stayed for one night here, the room was great with beach view. With great breakfast and dinner ,and much enjoy the public & price hot spring. Friendly staff with good service.

중부공항 근처 조용한 해변에 위치한 전통 료칸

아이와 친정어머니와 함께 1박하였는데 잊지 못할 경험이었습니다. 저흰 렌트한 차량으로 이동했지만(무료주차장 매우 넓음) 기차역 픽업 서비스에 대한 사전 안내메일도 받았고, 원한다면 키즈메뉴를 미리 준비하겠다고 금액까지 사전에 안내받으면서 미리 손님맞이 준비를 꼼꼼하게 하는 곳임을 알게되었습니다. 다다미방은 정성스럽게 준비되어있었으며, 아침 저녁식사 또한 정성이 가득했습니다. 5층의 옥탑탕과 3층의 온천탕을 예약하여 행복한 시간 보냈고 침구도 편안하고 직원들 또한 친절했습니다. 나고야 공항 근처 료칸 찾는분들께 꼭 추천드리고 싶네요.

從一開始的登記服務已覺得很滿意，有美味的抹茶和蛋糕，好味到買了兩個禮盒回家。還有講國語的服務人員真的解決了不少問題。我們由兩間房改為一間房，小孩子沒有來卻可以保留他的兒童餐，嚐到更多種食物。去機場那早上，特別多謝*簡先生*替我們駕車趕到車站，語言不通的站長，多得簡先生替我們買票拿行李，才趕得及上那一班電車！ 温泉♨️無得輸，個室丶女湯都具療效。Lobby 泡腳更意想不到，睡前一邊泡腳，一邊自助享受一杯知多single grain whisky...太正啦

Not recommend with kids

Customer service is not good. Bought the package with including breakfast but breakfast time starts at 8am with exception of 7:30am earliest. We had a 10am flight and asked for earlier but they were not able to help. Asking for refund was denied. Asked for any alternative but also not available. I feel this hotel is quite a rip off.

렌터카를 이용하는 것이 시간 및 이동면에서 유리하고 시설은 노후하지만 료칸이 갖추어야 하는 모든 것을 갖추고 있고 조식이 휼륭함.

若松に宿泊して

到着後直ぐに西日のあたる窓際に案内されて眩しくて、せっかくのお抹茶を頂くことが出来なかった。もう少し配慮が欲しかった。 室内はiPadによる最新？の設備があるが、多くの情報管理のできるタブレットにしては、テレビの貸し出しの有る無い、ルームサービスなど知りたい情報が少ないことが残念。室内の説明や利用出来るサービスの案内が少ないのでこちらから確認することが多かった。 貸切露天風呂が一般道から丸見えで洗身出来なかった。 海の目の前で景色は良かった。

Wunderschönes traditionelles Hotel mit Meerblick

Ein richtig bezauberndes rayokan hotel. Sehr sauber mit guten Essen. Die bäder laden zum entspannen ein. Allein die Begrüßung und der Service fanden wir klasse. Obwohl es ein tradition Hotel ist mangelt es nicht an neuer technik, die Zimmer Elektronik lässt sich über das Zimmer eigene tablet steuern. Die Zimmer sind echt klasse und bieten genug platz. Zudem hat man noch diesen sensationellen Meerblick. Obwohl die Anlage schon was älter ist wird diese doch Top gepflegt. Die Lage vom Hotel empfanden wir sehr abgelegen und ruhig. Besonders wenn man vorher in den groß Städten unterwegs war. Fazit: ein besuch im rayokan hotel sollte ein Muss einer jeden Japan Reise sein, ein tolles Erlebnis.

Excellent Japanese Hotel with Onsen by the Sea

We have to commend this hotel and its staff. The service is excellent and impeccable. They are very friendly and very willing to pick you up from the Train Station. The room gives a view of the beach/ocean. Can imagine during the Summer it would be very beautiful. Breakfast is excellent. The first day was Japanese, the second day was western and Japanese. Private onsen is available upon request. The room is very spacious and well laid out. The only downside is it is rather far from where the action is.

超棒舒適的日式旅館

工作人員的服務態度100分，整體環境乾淨到爆點，房間頗大、安靜、舒適。溫泉也是乾淨漂亮，也有個人湯屋。無料的飲茶種類多元，有機會一定會再去的。

최고급 료칸

크게 기대하지 않았으나 정말 만족스런 료칸임. 시설면이나 청결도, 친절함에서 최고의 숙소였음. 저녁식사로 나오는 일본식 코스 요리는 장인정신이 느껴지는 최고급 요리였으며 아침식사도 너무 맛있고 양도 많았음. 네 곳의 온천탕 역시 최고급 시설로 여독을 풀기에 충분하였음.

친절한 서비스, 훌륭한 공용욕탕, 훌륭한 석식 및 조식(해산물 위주의), 중부국제공항까지 택시이용시 1만엔 정도 거리 가족여행이였으며, 직원분들의 친절한 서비스가 너무 감동적이였습니다. 옥상 대욕탕 이용시 남여 이용시간이 다른데, 제가 방문한 날은 남성이 야간이여서 전망을 볼수 없었던 점이 조금 아쉽습니다. 석식과 조식은 해산물 위주였는데 정말 훌륭하였습니다. 바로 앞이 해변이라 전망이 시원합니다. 편안한 휴식을 도와준 직원분들께 다시한번 감사드립니다.
